We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product, and we're here to make that process as smooth as possible. • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused products • Products must be in their original packaging with all labels intact • Return requests must be initiated by contacting our customer service team • The product must not have been tampered with or show signs of use • Batch numbers and seals must be intact and verifiable Please note that certain products may not be eligible for return due to safety and quality regulations governing petroleum-based products.

Eligible Products for Return

The following products are eligible for return under our policy: • Unopened ELF lubricant products in original sealed containers • Unopened Idemitsu lubricant products in original sealed containers • Products with manufacturing defects or damage during transit • Products delivered incorrectly due to our error • Products with visible quality issues upon delivery Products that have been opened, used, or show signs of tampering are not eligible for return due to health, safety, and quality standards in the petroleum industry.

Non-Returnable Items
